Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all business transactions between RattleByte Technologies (hereinforth RattleByte.com) and the Customer pursuant to the wording that was valid at the
instant of purchase.
2. Conclusion of the Agreement
Once the Customer places an order with RattleByte.com, an order acknowledgement e-mail is dispatched to the Customer. This acknowledgement does not
constitute an acceptance of an actual sale agreement. The acceptance of the sale agreement by RattleByte.com is acknowledged only through shipment of goods.
3. Declaration of Customer's Rights of Cancellation
3.1 Rights to Cancellation
The Customer may cancel an order within a period of two weeks without statement of reasons either by informing RattleByte.com in writing (e.g. e-mail,
letter) or by returning the goods. Said period commences with the receipt of goods, but not before the receipt of this declaration.
3.2 Consequences of Cancellation
In case of a valid cancellation the already received goods and/or services are to be returned and usage advantages (if any) reimbursed.
In case the Customer cannot return all or a part of the received goods, or if the goods can be only returned in an inferior condition, the Customer
shall reimburse the damages caused. This shall not apply if the deterioration in condition was caused by mere examination of the goods, as would be the case in a retail
store. In general, the Customer may avoid these costs by not treating the goods as an owner and refraining from taking any actions which may have a detrimental effect on
their value.
Goods transportable by postal services shall be returned. The Customer shall bear the cost of return if the goods were delivered as ordered and the
price of the goods to be returned does not exceed € 50.00. Otherwise, the return shall be free of charge for the Customer.
The right to cancellation does not apply to custom-made goods and goods tailored specifically to Customer's individual needs and/or specifications.

4. Prices
All prices are to be understood as final prices in EUR, including any applicable sales tax. The applicable prices shall be determined at the time of order placement, as shown in the order
acknowledgement e-mail. Shipping charges are not part of the sales price.
5. Retention of title
All delivered goods shall remain the property of RattleByte.com until the complete payment of all outstanding amounts has been received.
